  Monica Adams is a gifted photographic artist, specializing in capturing the profound yet often elusive essence of the horse. Her photos succeed in skillfully capturing that radiant inner light of the horse and of those who share their lives with these magnificent beings of the heart.
Since an early age she has been fascinated by freezing moments in
time with photography, taking literally thousands of photos prior to
beginning her
professional career. As a self-taught artist, her
style is ever evolving as she experiments with capturing light,
working in both color and black & white.
Monica has owned and been enchanted by horses since early childhood,
receiving her first pony at age 4. Raised in South Austin, her
family stabled horses in the backyard of their home and rode in and
around the Austin area.
Monica currently owns one Polish Arabian -
MTS Guinevere.
